It's Dale again. SoFlo Self-Defense is a community effort. This is NOT a standard martial arts school requiring yearly contracts, expensive belt tests, and uniform fees.
SoFlo Self-Defense is a free/donation only community, supported by our facilitators, volunteers, and participants. We always appreciate help with getting the word out about our classes, marketing, and other tasks.

* On most phones you can hold your finger on the desired graphic, and it will give you option to download. Then you can upload to your social media. You can also 'right click' with most computers to download images.
* On Instagram and Facebook post, feel free to write a caption note about your experience, and encourage people to come. The more people, the better the training will be for the whole class.
